Right in the heart of Berlin, a new office building is shining on 7,350 square meters.

The existing building from 1900 was revitalized in the design of the historical model and supplemented with a modern rear building with open-space workstations.

The fusion of old building charm and new building comfort was the focus of this project. The project is unique thanks to a skywalk that connects the old building with the new building and acts as an access component.

The work we have carried out at Friedrichstraße 128 enhances the architectural and engineering excellence of this prestigious building by combining aesthetics and functionality.
